An interfaith prayer vigil is held outside Toronto City Hall on Jan. 31. Participants were seeking increased aid for homeless people in the city’s next budget and the opening of more warming centres this winter. Organized by the Stone Soup Network, the vigil drew people of different faiths, including Buddhists, Jews, Muslims and Christians.
