VANCOUVER – Bishop John Stephens blessed the new charging station in the parking lot of the Diocese of New Westminster’s Synod office on Sept. 23. The ceremonial “first charging” of a staff member’s hybrid vehicle was also held. A second charging station for the parking lot is planned.
