Brent Whitby, Jacek Swierzbinski, Kris Ciesek and Gary Davenport cut the ribbon to open the new accessible entrance at St. Barnabas, Chester on Jan. 28. The entrance includes a ramp that leads directly into the church on Danforth Avenue in Toronto. “The journey to our new entrance began in September 2021,” says Helen Taylor, a parishioner. “We endured a few turns in the road, one being COVID-19, but finally we are able to say, St. Barnabas church welcomes the community through our new accessible entrance.”
